I have been going to Brackett Street Vet (on Brackett) since 2016. They have seen four of my cats now. They're very sweet and tender with them. Even with my scaredy cats, they are quick and thorough. Pricing is reasonable. I'm specifically reviewing in response to my 7 yr cat just having a dental cleaning. It was a very easy process. Drop off at 7:30a and pick up at 3pm. They kept in contact throughout the day to update me. She ended up needing a tooth removed. They checked in with me the next day too. She recovered fairly quick. ALL THIS TO SAY: All healed, my cat has never been this happy since her procedure. You can tell from her body language and increased appetite that she feels good. My preferred provider for my cat. They are incredibly kind and intelligent people and they always handle her so expertly. My cat has also received dental surgery at this practice and the treatment and recovery process were well explained to me and easy to handle because of their thoughtful care. 10 stars if I could. - Jennifer L.
I called Brackett Street panicking when my cat lost her balance and wouldn’t eat. They were able to get me in within two hours at their Bishop St location, diagnosed the problem, created a medication strategy, and I was out an hour later feeling confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff at Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic are always incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. My cat is a nightmare at the vet and they are so patient, gentle, and adapt easily to her sass. I feel like they genuinely care for my cat and our experience. - Lucy C.
The Vets give great care. They are kind and caring to our dog - not easy to do!! They explain all the options clearly. The rest of the staff is very helpful and concerned to do their best for our pet!!! - Kathy C.
